We know how important it is for your Rested products to arrive smoothly and on time. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when we ship.
Where we ship
We currently ship Australia wide.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping, but this may change in the future.
Order processing times
All orders are packed and dispatched from Australia.
Orders are typically processed the same day if ordered before 1pm, or within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
During busy periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is ever a significant delay, we’ll let you know.
Shipping methods and delivery times
We ship using Australia Post.
At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from the available delivery options, which may include standard or express shipping depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times once dispatched are:

Standard shipping: 2 to 7 business days

Express shipping: 1 to 3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post delays or peak periods.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable shipping fees will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase.
Authority to leave
To help ensure safe delivery, we do not automatically authorise Authority to Leave.
Australia Post may leave parcels in a safe place at their discretion, depending on the delivery address and local conditions. Rested is not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered.
If you have specific delivery instructions, we recommend providing a secure delivery address.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Missed or delayed deliveries
If your order appears delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first.

Incorrect addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos where possible. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
