Founded by Steve Cornwell, a father of twins who understands first hand the tension between modern life and meaningful rest, Rested was born from lived experience. Balancing a demanding career with family life highlighted how easily rest is deprioritised and how deeply it impacts health, clarity, and connection.

Drawing on over 16 years of experience in natural wellness and homeopathic products, Steve became frustrated by complicated, unnatural solutions and unclear product claims. He set out to create something simpler and more honest.
